
Aluminum driveshafts are built with Alcoa drawn seamless tubes.
6061-T6 forged aluminum weld yokes.
All transmission slip yokes are equipped with 1310 series Spicer solid body U-Joints that can handle up to 499 hp.
All aluminum driveshafts are precision high speed balanced on our Hines DL-500 driveline balancer.
1310 Series Aluminum Driveshaft are available in a variety of combinations of transmissions and differentials.


Note! GM TH400 with threaded hole in output shaft is 'Fixed Yoke' transmission and requires a counterbored slip yoke only available in Sonnax 1350 Series.
Most of these transmission slip yokes are on the shelf


Driveshafts are priced with American transmission slip yokes. Upgrade to a forged steel Sonnax yoke for $80. Add $40 for foriegn applications.
Differential end options include 499 hp solid body Spicer U-Joints for most choices. Some options are only available in greasable, non-hp-rated.

The following U-Joint combinations are available for the differential end of the driveshaft


Note: The Spicer solid body joints are the strongest. The Greasable joints are not HP rated.
The 1310 Aluminum Shaft is available in 3" or 3.5" Alcoa Seamless Tubing

3.5", Maximum Center to Center Length = 57"
3.5", Center to Center Length = 57" to 62"
